Broadmoor was given the unique opportunity to construct a new 21-acre neighborhood development in New Orleans East, consisting of 50 two-story buildings. The Village of Versailles consists of traditional wood framing and durable fiber siding, protecting the 400 multi-family units from the subtropic elements and providing maintenance-efficient living spaces. Broadmoor achieved safety excellence and preconstruction success on this exciting project.
