It’s Women in Construction Week, and we are proud to celebrate the 16 incredible women that make Broadmoor so special. From Preconstruction and Marketing to Field Operations and Business Administration, our female employees actively challenge industry standards and enhance all company endeavors. Kaitlyn Farner, Preconstruction Manager

 

Meet Madeleine, Broadmoor’s Marketing Coordinator.

Madeleine just celebrated her one year both at Broadmoor and within the construction industry. She is motivated to communicate authentic, important content and is proud to work for a company that shapes our community for the best. Her career highlight at Broadmoor has been creating the winning submission for the ABC Bayou Chapter 2022 Excellence in Construction Award, showcasing our work as CMAR for the Son of a Saint Renovations & Additions.

Meet Katilyn, one of Broadmoor’s Preconstruction Managers.

Kaitlyn has been in the construction industry for 12 years, continually motivated by trying her best each day and reflecting on her career evolution. During her time at Broadmoor, Kaitlyn most enjoys the challenge of successfully converting projects to GMP and the relationships developed along the way. She feels proud to represent women in the construction industry, hopeful to inspire a future generation to carve their niche within the industry.

Kate Harrison, Assistant Project Coordinator

 

Meet Rebecca, one of Broadmoor’s Assistant Preconstruction Managers.

Throughout her 13 years in the construction industry, Rebecca Falati believes it’s extremely rewarding to watch her hard work come to life. She believes that women offer a different insight into construction and has noticed a positive shift in women’s ideas being incorporated more into the process, starting in preconstruction and carrying through operations and field management.

Meet Kate, one of Broadmoor’s Assistant Project Managers.

Kate Harrison has been in the construction industry for four years and believes that it is important to represent diversity within the industry. Her career highlight at Broadmoor has been being a part of the Tulane University Paul Hall Science Complex team, where she has been able to be a part of a team that embraces diversity and creates a culture of learning.

Megan Webb, Superintendent

 

Meet Megan, one of Broadmoor’s Superintendents.

Throughout her ten years in the construction industry, Megan Webb continues to challenge industry standards by leading by example. She prioritizes open and honest communication, believing that trust is built on reliability. Her career highlight at Broadmoor has been the work at Tulane University Paul Hall Science Complex, being part of a team that cares about project success and doing what it takes to make it happen.

Meet Taylor, Broadmoor’s Employee Experience Coordinator.

Taylor Pospisil has been a positive changemaker throughout her ten years in the construction industry, actively fostering a community culture of respect, philanthropy, and inclusion. She believes that Broadmoor’s biggest asset is our people, and she works daily to enhance and support the employee experience. Taylor is motivated to be a role model for her two girls, showing them that anything they put their minds to is possible.

Meet Alisha, one of Broadmoor’s Project Administrators.

Alisha Jones has been in the construction industry for 15 years, understanding the important and unique perspective that women bring to any project team. She is motivated by her family and the earnest desire to live her best life. Alisha is proud of the projects Broadmoor consistently receives and is happy to have been a part of the team for four years.

Meet Taylor, one of Broadmoor’s Assistant Project Managers.

Taylor Maise has been in the construction industry for eight years, beginning in the Broadmoor EDGE internship Program in 2016. She believes that success comes from being a part of a team and is happy to have shared her career journey with the people at Broadmoor.
