The flat parking lots of the Lakeside Shopping Mall are undergoing a transformation to multi-level garages, designed and built by Broadmoor. The first project received the American Concrete Institute’s highest design award, for its creative use of a precast concrete system. The new facilities are providing 2,250 new parking spaces for the busiest shopping mall in the New Orleans area.
