The Westin Hotel Renovations included the replacement of all flooring, floor base, wallcovering, and paint throughout and updating the HVAC with new fan coil units in each room. Broadmoor worked closely with hotel management to provide minimal disruptions to the guest experience and maintain an accurate schedule for floor turnover. Elevator coordination ensured material access to all floors during construction without disrupting staff access to occupied rooms. Broadmoor created temporary partition plans with finished walls to hide all construction work from the public and ensure life-safety measures.
