Intralox Hammond is a new construction plastics manufacturing plant, distribution warehouse, and office space. This extremely custom and intricate design-build facility expansion supports global manufacturer Laitram L.L.C.’s specialized processes and export volume, tripling existing operations to fill a multi-million dollar order placed by a global corporation. The identified goal required (1) maintaining operations of the existing facility and (2) an extremely fast-tracked delivery. In addition to timeline constraints, the owner requested that 15% of the full warehouse be fully functional for operations in ten (10) months. Broadmoor met this deadline through frequent owner communication, cross-discipline collaboration, and scope resequencing.
