“The broadmoor team showed exemplary performance throughout the entire process, and was a pleasure to work with always ensuring they met our deadlines, and stayed within budget.  This team has exceeded our expectations with their amazing customer service and outstanding attention to detail.  If there were any issues or concerns, the Broadmoor team was eager to help provide a solution to the problem…  Broadmoor has always delivered top quality work and that is what they did for the Goldring/Woldenberg Business Complex project”.

“The Broadmoor team showed exemplary performance throughout the entire Design‐Build process, and was a pleasure to work with from the start, consistently proactive in working with the State of Louisiana to ensure we received a quality building that was on time and within budget. This team has exceeded our expectations in both their customer service, attention to details, and quality of construction. We look forward to working with them again on another successful project.

Having expended over $1.4B to date, I consider Broadmoor and the Carver project one of, if not the, most successful projects undertaken in the historic SFMP program (State Facilities Master Plan for New Orleans). The RSD is proud to have selected Broadmoor for this first Design‐Build project, and illustrate to other public bodies how a Design‐Build project is superior to the lowest responsive bidder procurement method. …The Carver project was of the highest importance to the SFMP, and Broadmoor executed it flawlessly”.

“Broadmoor not only presented innovative Value Engineering solutions but followed through by committing full time project management resources to implement the VE into the design documents. Broadmoor’s ability to lead these efforts and continuously present solutions, allowed for Loyola to focus more time making the proper decisions and less time searching for solutions.

Over the course of the project, Broadmoor not only met every pre-construction, phased occupancy, and project end date, but actually finished the project 9 months ahead of the original schedule. Broadmoor was very easy to work with, very flexible, always on-site, and available to meet with the numerous parties required to coordinate this complex project”.

This project required a great deal of involvement, coordination and cooperation amongst many project stakeholders that were both public and private. The effort included landlords, tenants and partners ranging from the Federal level to numerous locality components. Contractor (Broadmoor) successfully managed to bring high expertise to the table to address complex coordination of stakeholders and overcame permitting hurdles, environmental compliance issues, and design/construction execution challenges to build the largest ever contract for the U. S. Coast Guard totaling about $81 million under a single contract. Contractor, with teams of consultants, contractors, and suppliers, worked tirelessly and provided solutions, addressed a host of emergent issues, and constructed top quality installation all the while staying customer focused. Their commitment during construction execution made this project a success and their tireless energy, dedication, and devotion to this project by all involved under the most demanding and challenging conditions is nothing less than remarkable. The new facility is also expected to be soon certified by the U. S. Green Building Council for “Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design’, which includes the single largest “restoration’ in the area of the native “Cajun Prairie“.

Both expansion projects were technical and logistical challenges. Broadmoor’s proactive management procedures and dedication to getting the project completed on time and within budget with no sacrifice to quality stands tall and second to none”.
